Richard has carried out architectural work for me both privately and on behalf of the Felixstowe & Suffolk Bowls club. For my 45 sq mtr home extension, which required the inclusion of large steel girders and framing, Richard provided a very professional service, and with his knowledge and ability to work with the contractors, this culminated in a very pleasing result.  For the bowls club he has proved to be very effective and again professional in providing appropriate plans and seeking planning permission on our behalf. Importantly, he listens to the customer to ensure satisfaction in the end result.

Richard quickly learnt the software used for collection and communicated well with us throughout the survey process.
